I made that Zahav lamb shoulder with chickpeas recipe. 😍 Also: a roast chicken, Moroccan carrots, Israeli salad, quinoa tabbouleh, and sumac pickled onions. The dish at top center is the chickpeas that cooked with the lamb in pomegranate molasses. Not pictured: schug, which I would like to put on everything, my sister-in-law’s sumptuous olive oil cake, pita, and two lovely bottles of wine.
